Our Ministries
At Gaylord First United Methodist Church, there is a something for everyone!
We have a full Youth and Children's Ministry as well as Adult Bible Studies, classes and weekly church gatherings. See where you can join others in fellowship and Godly teaching
as we grow together.
Adult
Classes
Our variety of Adult Classes and Activities provides a wonderful blend of fellowship and learning as we study and discuss God's Word.
Children's
Ministry
At Gaylord First United Methodist Church, we believe that raising children up in God's Word provides a strong foundation that will last a lifetime!
We offer:
- Sunday school during the 9:15am and 10:30am services.
- KidZone every Wednesday starting September 4th, 2019 from 5:30pm-7:30pm. (September - March)
Youth
Ministry
The youth are the heart and soul at FUMC!
Through this ministry they are learning how their faith and service can be a positive outreach to the community and the world.
Youth Group meets Wednesdays at 6:00pm.
Wednesday Night Groups
Please join us for our NEW Wednesday Night Groups every Wednesday starting September 4th, 2019! There are studies and programs for every age, so come out and see what we have for you!
Outreach
One of the traditions of United Methodism is outreach into the community and the world. The Gaylord church donates money as well as many hours of volunteer time to a variety of causes.
Pastoral Support
Our leadership are committed to serving the pastoral needs of our community. We desire to help build strong individuals and families who are growing in passion for Jesus and compassion for people. We offer focused ministry in the areas of restoration and recovery, counseling, and marriage and family.
